Goldchickadee is a Florida-based cosplayer and the 2026 Team USA Representative for the Nordic Cosplay Championship, where she is honored to have placed 3rd! She's been making cosplays and working in costuming since 2006, and still learns something new with each cosplay she creates.

Hoping to spread love, cheer, and a passion for cosplay craftsmanship and performance, she's very excited to attend UniCon and see all the amazing competitors up close!

Aes is based out of Florida in the USA and has over sixteen years of industry experience in 3D modeling, video editing, and stage work. He is excited to bring his passion for performing every time he is on stage and even more amped to see what others have to share. He has won multiple best show awards and been invited to conventions across the globe. After years of wanting to visit UniCon, he is thrilled to finally get his wish and is eager to meet all the talented competitors in person!


Goldchickadee and Aes together will have one vote in the UniCon Winter 2027 Cosplay Contest judges panel. 

TinYasuo is a cosplayer from Denmark with 19 years of experience with both costume making and performance, and has represented his country on multiple occasions at international cosplay competitions. He is driven by his love to create and tell a story on stage, which lines up nicely with the social bonds and experiences that come along with cosplay.

While he works with a broad range of techniques and materials, he is especially fond of different types of embroidery or beadwork, which is often incorporated into his costume creations.

It is TinYasuo’s first time visiting Latvia, and he is very excited to experience the community and look at all the amazing cosplays.

Pretzl Cosplay is a cosplayer from the Netherlands who loves to design and create detailed costumes. Her costumes are mostly in a fantasy theme, ranging from intricate sewing work to badass armours.

Besides crafting the costumes she also loves to write tutorial books, film tutorial videos and make cosplay crafting and sewing patterns to help other crafters feel confident enough to finally create that dream costume that has been on their wish list for such a long time.

Even if cosplay crafting may seem daunting at first, Pretzl hopes that with her tutorials books, videos and patterns, many more people can start cosplaying.
