Earn back some shelf space (and some cash) in a fun, casual environment

Just your stuff, a table, and the joy of finding someone who’ll treasure what you once did. If you’re ready to rehome your merch - we’ll help you make it happen.

How to Apply

Applying is simple - here’s how it works:

1.

Fill out the application form before December 7, 2025.

Only applications submitted through this form will be considered.

2.

Include with your application:

A square logo or picture that represents you

Links to your social media or online selling platforms

3.

Wait for confirmation. We’ll email selected resellers by December 14, 2025.

It’s not about who applied first - each application is reviewed carefully, and spots are based on total applications and the kind of work submitted.

By applying, you agree to WinterCon’s Flea Market and general rules.

We may also feature your name, logo and links on our website and socials to help visitors discover you.

Rules & Guidelines

What You Can Sell

Second-hand or collectible items that match WinterCon’s theme (anime, comics, gaming, geek culture).

You should have enough quality items to fill your table.

Flea Market is for individual resellers only - people selling items in their possession, in single or small quantities, not for permanent stores.

Goods can be displayed on the table or nearby, as long as they don’t disturb others.

What You Cannot Sell

No food, no items with strong smells, smearing, or anything dangerous or harmful.

No open flames or heating devices (lit candles, stoves, etc.)

Mature (18+) content must be hidden or properly covered (blurred, masked, etc.)

Table & Assistants

Each reseller may bring 1 assistant.

IDs may be checked at the entrance, so resellers and assistants should have them ready.

One full-size table can host up to 2 resellers.

Tables are assigned in advance by WinterCon administration. If you have location preferences, let us know in advance. Once assigned, tables cannot be changed.

No loud music or bright lights that could disturb neighbors or visitors are allowed.

Tickets & Fees

Discounted ticket: All approved resellers and assistants must buy a €25 ticket. Tickets are available at the entrance or via bank transfer. Prepaid tickets are non-refundable.

Sales fee: 10% of your total sales during the event.
You’ll receive a special envelope for the fee at the entrance - sign it, seal it, and return it to the Flea Market organizer on the second day before leaving (on the two-day events). If you prefer bank transfer, let us know in advance and we’ll send you an invoice.

Setup & Event Times

Setup: Friday, January 9th 2026 (17:00–20:00) and Saturday, January 10th 2026 (8:30-11:00).

Arrival: On event days, arrive at least 60 minutes before opening. A photo of your table will be taken at this time. If you’re running late, please notify the Flea Market organizer immediately.

Event hours: Saturday and Sunday (11:00-18:00).

Resellers must be present during event hours. Leaving early is only allowed for good reasons, and you must notify the organizer personally or via mobile phone (only messages).

Tables must never be left unattended - if you step away, make sure an assistant is there.

Responsibility

Resellers and assistants are fully responsible for their goods and table. WinterCon staff does not take responsibility for your belongings.

Stock reports may be required before and after the event (initial and remaining goods). Failure to provide these reports may result in cancellation of your registration or a ban from future events.

Terms & Conditions

The WinterCon team reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the event without a ticket refund if they:

Break the event or Flea Market rules.

Break the laws of The Republic of Latvia.

Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or carry such substances.

Show disrespectful or harmful behavior towards others.

Damage furniture, equipment, decorations, or venue property.

Disobey WinterCon administration.

Arrive late (or fail to show up) without informing the Flea Market organizer.

Participants may be banned from further participation in Flea Market, Cosplay, K-pop, or other UniCon and WinterCon events for a duration, at the administration’s discretion.

The administration reserves the right to remove any participant at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
